We are seeking a talented individual to join our HK Claims Advocacy team. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Provide guidance and review Financial Lines (such as Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers and Cyber) claims to determine coverage, resolving issues where possible to maximise client settlement outcomes.Review incoming documentation and new claims notifications for complex claims, analyse potential policy coverage issues, informing relevant parties of potential problems and ensuring proper protocol is followed.Develop strong relationships with a portfolio of large and multinational clients, loss adjusters, insurers and other stakeholders to build trust and credibility.Liaise with clients on claim-related issues, resolving complex matters with loss adjusters/insurers and keeping all relevant parties informed of any potential problems or trends.Conduct training and presentations for clients and colleagues on claims related topicsMaintain up to date claims records for trends analysis and contribute to claim handling protocols and procedure documentsMentor and train colleagues to enhance the department's knowledge base and capabilities.What you need to have:
2-4 years of experience in insurance, finance or legal firms providing advice and direct engagement with clientsStrong analytical skills to assess claims, reports and insurance policiesFluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin as language is also an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and insurers and negotiate resolutionsProven ability to problem-solve or mediate difficult situationsExperience with managing different stakeholder relationships and client servicing skillsA growth mindset and ability to work autonomously but as part of a team environmentWhat makes you stand out:
