This claims position is specifically responsible for investigating, subrogating and collecting for damages to company property. Claims Agents are responsible for handling property damages claims asserted by or against the company. Individuals investigate and evaluate each assigned claim to determine liability, bills, and/or negotiate satisfactory settlements of property damage claims when liability is found.
Experience in handling subrogation claims a very strong plus
Adjuster’s license (5-20 / 6-20) a plus
Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus

Job Duties & Responsibilities Under general supervision:• Investigates, evaluates and negotiates satisfactory settlements of personal injury and major property damage claims
• Provides support and assistance to company attorneys throughout the claims litigation process, including court testimony
• Provides support to peers, and training to new Specialists
• Provides support and assistance to Service Centers to resolve claims matters
• Performs other job-related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
• High School Grad / GED
• Experience: 1+ yearsPreferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
