This includes analyzing coding, claims, coverage and payment policies as needed for new/existing products. This position reports to the Claims Manager.  This position can be on-site or remote.    How You Will Achieve It: Review and analyze all incoming claims  Respond to all incoming calls and emails related to claims Enter and organize all incoming faxes into the claims queue Acts as a liaison between customers and insurance companies to resolve claims Maintain reports and prepare reports related to the work  Establish relationships with third party payers  Provide reviews to customers
