How you will create an impact In this Claims Analyst III role, you will be responsible for coordinating with defense counsel panels, financial lines training programs and other internal claims programs that support the team’s continued development and claims handling excellence. This is a dynamic role directly impacting customer service and is key to the performance of the overall financial lines claims team. This position reports to the Head of Financial Lines Technical Claims. + Timely coordinate with defense counsel participating in defense panels to ensure timely panel communications and current contracts. + Identify opportunities for continued improvement and make recommendations to financial lines leadership to resolve paint points. + Facilitate interdepartmental communications to ensure effective panel counsel management. + Assist with project management within financial lines. + Other responsibilities as needed. What you will need to succeed + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. + Ability to identify issues, collaborate to solve problems, learn rapidly, exercise influence and manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects. + Ability to collaborate with others to effect change where appropriate. + Collegial and collaborative in approach and style. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. + Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). For positions posted in New York, NY, the base salary range for this position is $68,000 -$77,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
