We have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Assistant in our Salem, NH office. Support day-to-day activities within the claims team. Manage the claims mailbox, answer claimant queries, provide timely follow-ups, receive and file claims. Incorporate all aspects of claims handling by recording, tracking, and processing member, client, and vendor invoices for the services On Call provides.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct claimant communication professionally with compassion while sharing claim specific information.Read and interpret insurance policy documentation required and follow procedures and guidelines to manage claimant relations.Maintain timely communication and collaborate with the claims team.Inbound/outbound phone calls to claimants while acting in the best interests of On Call.Participate in claims related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Strong email, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

Past customer service experiences a major plus Teamwork and relationship building skills prioritized
