About the Role

[팀 소개]
계리기획팀 (Actuarial planning)에서는 계리적가정, 계리모델개발 및 채널 수당 정책에 대한 리뷰와 이에 대한 재무적인 영향평가를 진행하며, 비즈니스 전략이 가지는 재무적 리스크를 확인하고 방향성을 제시하는 직무를 수행하고 있습니다.

[담당 업무]

1. Claim 경험 분석 및 가정 설정

- 감독 규정에 따른 적정한 Claim가정 설정을 위한 경험 데이터 분석 및 가정 변경으로 인한 재무적 영향 분석

- 가정 설정 및 분석을 위한 작업 효율화

- 가정 설정과 관련된 내용 문서화 작업, Control 작업, 및 Claim가정 감사 대응

- 가정 변경 내용 및 신상품 가정을 적시에 타 부서와 공유

2. 경험/실체 차이 분석 자료 제공

- 신상품 및 캠페인 여부를 결정하기 위한 경험Data 제공

- 회사의 올바른 의사 결정을 위해 경험/실제 차이 분석 보고서를 작성하여 제공

- 감독원 혹은 보험개발원 등 외부 기관에서 요청하는 Data 제출

3. 결산 모델에 반영하기 위한 가정 Control

- 결산에 적용하기 위한 가정 Table 업데이트

- Table의 적절 여부를 확인하기 위한 control 작업

4. 경험 위험률 개발

- 경험 위험률 개발을 위한 data 충분성 테스트 진행

- 경험 위험률을 개발을 위한 data 준비

- 경험 위험률 개발 및 확인

- 개발된 위험률 결산 모델에 반영될 수 있도록 on-level및 테이블 업데이트

[자격요건]

- 계리관련 경험 6년 이상

** 우대 사항

- Claim 가정 경험 보유

- 계리 소프트웨어 사용 경험 보유

- 계리 관련 자격증 보유

- 영어 활용 가능자

[근무조건]

- 고용형태: 정규직
