About the Role

Job Description Summary
[팀 소개]
계리기획팀 (Actuarial planning)에서는 계리적가정, 계리모델개발 및 채널 수당 정책 리뷰 및 재무적인 영향평가를 담당합니다. 또한 비즈니스 전략이 가지는 재무적 리스크를 확인하고 방향성을 제시하고 있습니다.

[담당 업무]

1. 위험률 경험데이터 분석 및 가정 산출

- 적정한 계리적 가정 수준 설정 및 재무 영향도 분석

- 과거 데이터 관리 및 가정 산출 프로세스 효율화

- 계리법인/회계감사 대응 및 적절한 가정 설정을 위한 Control프로세스 관리

- 결산 (EV, VONB, IFRS17)을 위한 Prophet(계리 소프트웨어 모델)용 위험률 가정 테이블 세팅 및 Control

2. 예실차 모니터링 및 분석

- 의사결정을 위한 예실차 분석 보고서 작성 및 제공

- 정기적인 Back – Testing을 통하여 가정의 정합성 향상

- 신상품 개발 시, 이에 적용하기 위한 위험률 가정 제안

- 대내외적 위험률 경험 데이터 제공

3. 경험 위험률 개발

- 위험률 데이터 충분성 검토 및 대상 위험률 List-up

- 경험위험률 개발을 위한 데이터 제공

- 위험률 개발에 따른 ON-LEVEL 가정 산출 및 검증

[자격요건]

- 3년이상의 보험계리 또는 유관 경력 (위험률 관련 경험 우대)

- 위험률 관련 업무 유경험자

- 보험계리 소프트웨어 활용 가능자

- 계리사 혹은 관련 자격증 소지자

- 비즈니스 영어 활용 가능자
