We have an interim opportunity available for 6 months for a Claims Client Relationship manager based in our London office. This is a fast paced role and entails building and maintaining a portfolio of accounts within the Real Estate practice. The job holder will need to develop good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including the Broking community, the Client and Chubb claims, sales and underwriting colleagues. Importantly the majority of Real Estate accounts include a Third-Party Administrator appointment, and therefore it is essential to work closely with our Vendor team and our TPA partners to provide the best outcome for our Brokers and Clients. Our business development colleagues will require our support in growing the portfolio, starting at the quoting/offering or tender stage, during the contract period or for contract renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver Claims Customer Relationship Management by way of resolving queries, managing escalations, reporting and other key activities for the role. Working closely with the underwriting and claims teams, and be the gatekeeper for any local claim service issues relevant to the Real Estate portfolio, escalating as appropriate. As this is a high volume portfolio, maintain a register of all accounts, and work with the vendor team to ensure the service instructions for all involved parties is maintained. Problem solves and co-ordinate the activity on claims service issues on a variety of accounts and supports the business in the resolution of such queries. Maintain regular contact with designated brokers to champion Chubbs’ claims service Attend new business pitches and complete tender documentation to promote Chubb’s claims proposition, and also attend claims review meetings for our existing Client accounts. In depth insurance industry experience.A solid background within a claim’s environment A self-starter who has great problem solving and team working skills. As this is a fast -paced role, the candidate should have excellent time management skills. Excellent organisational skills are essential.Experience of working with different stakeholder groups.
