You’ll be responsible for

End to end management of domestic motor / property claims in accordance with the General Insurance Code of Practice. Providing timely and effective responses to customer enquiries, Developing customer relationships to understand customer's requirements, and deliver a positive, trusted customer experience. Delivering consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points. Achieving individual KPI's and targets

 

About you

Experience within insurance or claims management would be desirable High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands Proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
