We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Management team at Wellnz. This role will be based in Auckland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office on completion of training. 

\n\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n\n

This is a fast-paced role for a Claims Coordinator managing low risk claims for injured employees, you will be contacting Injured claimants daily to help guide them through the right and appropriate treatment and rehab. This role requires strong administrative and communication skills. 

\n\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n\n

We will count on you to: 

\n\n\n\n\n\t

Manage claims for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with SLA, AEP audit standards, and legislation.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Support case managers in the implementation and delivery of services to meet quality standards. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Coordinate and facilitate appropriate cover and entitlement services to provide timely and cost-effective solutions for clients. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Promote a healthy and safe working environment while identifying new business opportunities. 

\n\t\n\n\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n\n

What you need to have: 

\n\n\n\n\n\t

At least 1 year of experience in claims management or equivalent experience in a relevant health discipline or administration. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Commitment to the philosophy of a case management model of practice. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills. 

\n\t\n\n\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n\n

Experience with sensitivity to equity, disabilities, and various social and cultural issues. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure. 

\n\t\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
