Amplifon New Zealand is looking for a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator, internally known as Claims Team Leader based at our Support Office in Takapuna. 

About the role:

The Claims Team Leader will be responsible for processing insurance claims and supervising a small team, with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.  

Key responsibilities:

Supervise a small team of insurance administrators, while also processing and managing end-to-end claims yourself Claims management – oversee the entire claims process, ensuring all claims are handled in line with established procedures and timelines, including repairs and replacements Prepare and deliver regular reporting on key metrics and report on trends Continually improve and streamline processes

Education, experience and skills:

Previous experience in insurance claims, preferably Hearing Aid insurance or Home and Contents insurance; Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations Proven ability to lead and motivate teams Analytical and process-focused with a strong attention to detail
