Summary of the role

Provides data expertise necessary for customer operational support, investigations of IR/Claims and provide solutions through filing recommendations, escalation & follow-up.

In this role you’ll:

Provides Investigation, Quality Analysis , Quality Checks on claim records escalated by Amadeus customers.Become product expert on the area of Fares and Pricing, including Amadeus Ticket Changer product to provide resolution and/or recommendations on claim cases received and escalated by Amadeus Customers.Responsible in disputing claim cases directly to the airline on behalf of the customer to accelerate resolution.Take ownership in contact deflection actions by providing filing recommendations and proposed actions on claims avoidance

About the ideal candidate

Bachelor Degree preferredMinimum 3 years in the Service Management Center or 3 years airline/travel agency particularly on fare quote, revenue management or claims processing areaGood understanding of airlines/GDS environmentKnowledge on Amadeus products and solutions, incident management, problem management, claims managementGood analytical, problem solving, and project managementGood command of the English languageAdvanced Excel skills, and background on case logging toolsAmenable to work on a Hybrid work setup 2-3 days a week onsite. We are located in BGC Taguig
