How you'll make an impact JOB DESCRIPTION: CLAIMS ENTRY LEVEL REPRESENTATIVE Pronto has an exciting opportunity for individuals wanting to enter the world of claims. As an Entry Level Representative, you will learn about insurance terms and policy provisions, be the first contact for the customer when they file a claim, and be able to guide them through the claims process. The ideal candidate will be motivated to move into a Adjuster role within the organization and will obtain their Adjusting License while providing exceptional service to our customers. Job Details: Job Location: Brownsville, TX Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday: shifts will vary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Answer phones professionally and assist customers through the first notice of loss process showing a proper level of empathy. Input new claims into the Claim Administration system focusing on data accuracy. Answer questions from customers about claims process and status. Research requested information by using available resources Ability to obtain a Adjusting license from designated state(s) Work collaboratively in a team environment Other duties as assigned About You Education & Experience: High School or GED Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred Candidate must be able to obtain a Texas P&C Adjuster License Excellent communication skills both oral and written Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Good keyboard skills Planning and Organizational Skills Bilingual English & Spanish required Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
