Job Summary:
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Examiner to process claims quickly, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate benefit payments while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytical, and adaptable, with a passion for providing world-class service.

This is an exciting long term contract-to-hire opportunity that is mostly remote in St.Paul, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and adjudicate living benefits claims with accuracy and efficiency.Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Investigate claims for fraud, loss, or eligibility issues.Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.Support data entry, records management, and payment processing.Utilize legal, medical, and investigative resources as needed.Assist with special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of living benefits claim processing preferred.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.Positive and compassionate attitude with a commitment to high-performance standards.Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
