Reporting to General Manager, Macau, the primary purpose of this role is to provide claims handling support for Macau business. lead in local and regional projects for intelligent process automation and new business initiatives, and work with operations team to provide quality policy services to internal and external customers. This role will based in Macau office.

 

Responsibilities:

Handle, examine and settle Accident & Health claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently Handle related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline2 years of work experience in handling Group Personal Accident claims is an advantageResults oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrityGood command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferredProficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPointCandidate with less experience will be considered as Claims Examiner
