Claims Executive
Manage a portfolio of complex claims and ensure timely and accurate processing Provide guidance and support to the claims team in processing claims Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policyholders, brokers, and attorneys Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to claims processing Participate in developing and implementing project strategies and initiatives Maintain accurate claims records and prepare reports as needed Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in claims management in the life insurance industryExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management softwareLess experience will be considered as claims officer
