Job Description Key Responsibilities:
To handle all aspects of a cargo claim from receipt of first advice to settlement. Appointing surveyors, corresponding with insured/claimant/insurer/third party experts. Requesting for and analysing claim documentation. Providing coverage opinions to Principal. Attending meetings with agents, brokers or Insured’s to resolve claims and claim disputes. To carry out duties in accordance with the Company’s Claims Procedures. Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

2-5 years of experience in similar field dealing with Cargo Claims, Team player, positive attitude, Able to work alone and as part of a team. Ability to prioritise and handle a high volume of claims.
