Claims Fraud and Provider Network Specialist

Job Purpose

The job holder will be involved in investigating and identifying fraudulent activities related to Motor Claims, will maintain and develop relationships with repair shops that are part of our network, and will collaborate with Motor Claims Adjusters.

 

What you will do

Fraud Claims activities:

Utilize specialized anti-fraud detection tool and software to identify patterns and indicators of potential fraud Collaborate and support Adjusters and Investigators Perform quality and validity checks in claims cases Monitor Investigator fees and perform cost-effectiveness analysis Conduct regular meetings with Adjusters and Investigators to present and discuss findings

Provider Network activities:

Develop and maintain relationships with repair shops that are part of the network for claims processing Develop relationships with new repair shops Conduct monthly quality controls with focus on recently joint repair shops Evaluate and negotiate contracts with repair shops to ensure pricing policy, quality of service, and adherence to contractual terms Monitor and assess the performance of providers in terms of service quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness Prepare proposals for software process automations Create and maintain report files for audit purposes

 

What you bring

Degree or/and Master's degree in insurance science, statistics or similar discipline Working experience in Motor Claims is a plus Proficiency in MS Office Excellent written and verbal skills in Greek and English Responsible and flexible personality with effective communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different kind of characters Communication and cooperation skills, team spirit Attention to detail
