About the Role
Responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of insurance claims• Assess and settle insurance claims arising from policies in force • Make recommendations and guidelines to insurance claims • Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA • Process all insurance claims documents timely • Answer inquires relating to claims processing • May develop and deliver functional / technical training in claim related areas [Use this profile for claim positions covering multiple product lines (e.g. individual health and group health) simultaneously as well as for positions delivering training for claim staff, and use Medical Advisory and Health Services profile for positions handling complex medical claim cases]Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
