Claims & Marketing Support Assistant - FTC

Do you have insurance claims experience and available for interim work? Or are you perhaps a recent graduate looking to make your mark in the insurance industry?  We have a unique opportunity that combines both Claims management and claims marketing available on a contract basis for 6 months. The role can be based in our Glasgow, Manchester or Birmingham office. 

In this hybrid position, you will play a vital role in supporting our Claims team to deliver exceptional claims services to our customers. Your work will span multiple lines of business, allowing you to collaborate closely with professionals in Claims, Underwriting, and Business Management.

The role is split evenly between supporting customer claims relationships and engaging in claims marketing activities, providing a well-rounded experience throughout the duration of the contract. 

Key Responsibilities:

Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver Claims Customer Relationship Management by way of resolving queries, managing escalations, reporting and other key activities for the role Be the local advocate within the local claims team and be the gatekeeper for any local claim service issues or queries raised by the team, escalating as appropriate.  Support the continuous development of the claims proposition and delivery of the claims service and be involved in training of our customer value proposition. Problem solves and co-ordinate the activity on claims service issues on a variety of accounts and supports the CCRM in resolution of queries.  Maintain regular contact with designated brokers to champion Chubbs’ claims service.  Assist in the admin functions within the team such as monitoring the list of non-standard claims bulletins, working alongside the CCRM to ensure these are published to meet KPI performance Support the EMEA Claims Relationship Director and the CCRM team with Claims Marketing activities  Degree, equivalent or insurance industry experience Understanding of insurance, claims environment, ideally with multinational experience or Equivalent experience in a comparable industry or a background in marketing A self-starter with strong problem-solving, relationship management, and teamwork skills.Excellent time management abilities and prioritization skills to thrive in a hybrid working environment.Strong written and presentation skills to convey ideas effectively.Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups is beneficial
