The Claim Professional position is an individual contributor role responsible for managing the day to day aspects of a claims program. This includes meeting program execution targets, maintaining program documentation, ensuring quality expectations are met and improving processes.

Responsibilities

Deliver WoW! experiences to our Pet Parents through program management Ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s, quality, daily targets, and measurements are met Identify and manage risks, roadblocks, and issues Identify, recommend, and assist in implementation process improvements Create and maintain program documentation Collaborate with other process owners and the claims quality assurance team Keep supervisors and other stakeholders informed of changes, risks, and opportunities in the program Be a licensed Claim Adjuster or have the experience to become a licensed Claim Adjuster within six monthsHistory of process improvement/change implementationAbility to effectively communicate with pet parentsProblem solving and decision-making skillsOrganizational and time management skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent work experienceBasic IT skills (MS Excel, MS Office, etc.) a plusExperience with ERP or CRM systems a plus
