**Overview** *Required On-site training in **Campbell, CA** (Beautiful Bay Area!) for a week. BroadPath is hiring a **Claims Quality Auditor** to join our team. As a **Claims Quality Auditor** , you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our claims processing system. You'll analyze workflows, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement in our claims accuracy and efficiency. **Responsibilities** 1. Conduct thorough audits of claims processing and support services 2. Identify root causes of errors and recommend solutions 3. Collaborate with IT to enhance system performance 4. Provide targeted feedback and training to examiners 5. Analyze trends and suggest process improvements 6. Ensure regulatory compliance and timeliness **Qualifications** + Subject Matter Expert in medical claims processing + 4-5 years experience as a Senior Claims Examiner in managed care + Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT-4, HCPCS, and claim forms + Strong analytical and communication skills + Adaptable and detail-oriented with excellent time management + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications **Education** High School Diploma required; College degree preferred Required to attend on-site training for up to 7 days.
