The Claims Research & Resolution Representative 3 performs advanced administrative / operational / customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.
The Claims Research & Resolution Representative 3 researches resolutions to pending claims. Decisions are typically focused on methods, tactics, and processes for completing administrative tasks / projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes, and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience / breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. The Claims Research & Resolution Representatives will be fully trained on all corrected claims processing and reprocessing.

Training
Virtual training starts on day one of employment and will run for the first 8 weeks with a schedule of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern time, Monday – Friday.For associates who reside within 50 miles of our Louisville, KY offices, training will be held in person at our offices located at 101 E. Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202.Tampa area associates will participate in training remotely.Following training, all associates will work remotely.You must be on time, dressed appropriately / camera ready, with your camera on during training and for other meetings required by leadership.Attendance is vital for your success; no time off will be allowed during training or within your first sixty (60) days.Work Hours Following 8 Week Training Period
Following training, associates will initially work an 8-hour shift of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern, Monday – Friday.Once associates become proficient in the role, they may have the option to bid for a flex shift of 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (all times Eastern). Flexible shifts are granted based on performance and business needs.Some overtime may be required, depending on business needs.This position requires learning many systems, policies, and tools, and it takes time to become proficient in the role.
