Benefits & PerksCompetitive base salary up to $120,000.Bonus eligibility and performance incentives.Pension plan.Comprehensive health and dental coverage.Transportation subsidy.Education and professional development reimbursement.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of complex commercial property claims, including large losses and catastrophe claims, ensuring high standards of quality and service.Communicate proactively with internal teams (Leadership, Underwriting, Risk Control, Actuarial) and external stakeholders (customers, brokers, service suppliers) to ensure smooth claims processing from notification to settlement.Contribute to the design and implementation of claims policies, processes, and services.Analyze KPIs and statistical data to identify trends and improve performance.Continuously develop personal knowledge and skills through professional development courses and on-the-job coaching.QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience handling commercial property claims. Proven experience with complex property claims.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage high volumes of claims while maintaining attention to detail.CIP qualification or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeline.Ability to travel occasionally.
