Location: Anoka, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (flexibility for overtime)
Compensation: $16.00-$20.00 an hour

As a Claims Specialist you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities:

Create estimates- data entry. Enter estimates into software and to insurance company. Customer communication. Insurance providers follow up. Documentation of all calls and discussions

Qualifications:

Competitive attitude! Ability to multitask. Clear communication- written/verbal. Able to type 40 wpm. Microsoft office. Task/goal driven to reach company goals. Ability to learn new programs.
