Claims Supervisor

What the day will look like Manage risk matured clients accounts and other corporate accounts within agreed TAT and in compliance with claims protocols. Closely coordinate with insurance companies, casa, repair shops and clients to ensure that claims progress within reasonable time and client receive proper settlement of the claims. Monitor and update status of claims. Manage ageing claims more than 1 month. Record claims on the systems, both in CRP Prepare Claims Reports (internal & external) Attend meetings with clients and do claims presentations. Assist claim manager on claims queries, resolution of claims issue, do client presentation and conduct meetings. Help manage team's work load and assist team members on escalated claims Other duties and responsibilities assigned by manager.
