We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Claims Trainer to join our Claims Training team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims processing and the ability to deliver and facilitate engaging training for our new and existing claims associates. This role ensures that our associates are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to succeed in the competitive insurance market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, deep expertise in claims handling, and the ability to recommend and implement curriculum improvements to meet the evolving needs of the industry. In overseeing the classroom, you will be responsible for reviewing student progress and reporting on each student’s skills and development. If additional training is needed, you will make sound recommendations based on test results and personal evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and facilitate interactive training sessions on the claims handling process to include regulatory compliance.Evaluate training effectiveness and implement changes to ensure alignment with business objectives.Recommend updates to training content and curriculum based on industry trends, company goals, and employee performance data.Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to team members as needed.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of training materials.Maintain a thorough understanding of the claims handling process, regulations, and best practices.Qualifications:
Active Claims Adjuster Insurance License (required).Proven auto claims experience, with a strong understanding of policies, practices, and regulations. 2 years minimum experienceExceptional training delivery and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. 2 years minimum experienceAvailable Flexible hours (8am-930PM)Primarily In office with work from home flexibilityTravel required 20%Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and effectiveness.Ability to develop and recommend curriculum enhancements based on feedback and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.#LI-EW1
