LHC, Inc. is looking for CDL Driver’s to help finish up a project in Malta, MT that will be starting in April 2025. This is a short-term position, tied to the project's length, that may lead to full-time seasonal opportunities. We currently have opportunities for Class A CDL Drivers for Tractor Trailer, Side Dump and Belly Dump to join our team. We are seeking hard-working motivated individuals who are looking for short-term work; if you enjoy working with us and are interested in continuing to work on road projects throughout Montana this position has the potential to advance into a full-time seasonal role. Key Functions + Safely deliver materials to all customers and contractors + Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures + Maintaining appropriate paperwork and log books + Knowledgeable of D.O.T regulations + Conducting and documenting Pre-Trips and Post-Trips + Observe and report mechanical and safety failures + Complies with federal and state traffic laws + Maintain a safety-first mindset + Works well under the direction of Dispatch and Construction Supervisors Qualifications + Valid Class A CDL Driver’s License is required + Driving experience strongly preferred but open to training the right candidate + Experience in Construction is preferred Specific Skills + Work safely and follow all safety rules and regulations + Effective communication, interpersonal and time management skills + Positive Attitude and be dependable + Team oriented with the ability to work independently when necessary + Self- starter + Ability to troubleshoot + Must be able to work various shifts, days and overtime as needed + Must be able to travel throughout Montana to the various job sites Physical Requirements + Continuous sitting + Lift/Carry Up to 10 - 25 Lbs + Rarely bending/stooping + Frequent reaching + Occasional fine manipulation + Continuous use of Foot controls + Frequent grasping controls + Rarely climbing + Frequent push/pull + Occasional standing, walking, and balancing Compensation + Hourly rate of pay based on experience, prevailing wage will apply to projects covered by the Davis Bacon Act Pre-Employment Requirements + Successfully pass a Pre-employment drug test + Successfully pass a Pre-Employment Physical LHC, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
