We are seeking a SIPA Driver for a position in the Geismar, LA area. Responsible for safely delivering loads of Scaffold, Insulation, Paint and Abatement equipment to job sites. Majority of trips would be within the Greater Baton Rouge area with some possibilities for longer trips, and potential trips which may require overnight accommodations.\n

Essential Qualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma\/GED required\nClass A drivers license in good standing\nAble to pass a DOT physical\nNo serious tickets or accidents in last 5 years\nNo DWI\/DUI in last 10 years\n2+ years commercial driving experience required\nApplicant\/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others at the workplace\n\n
\n

Functional Requirements:\n\nTransportation of Scaffold, Insulation, Paint and Abatement equipment to job sites.\nResponsible for ensuring that their goods arrive safely and on schedule.\nAssist with loading and unloading truck.\nComplete a daily truck log and submit reports of mileage covered at EOD.\nConduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.\nComply with all DOT and Turner rules and regulations.\nDuring times not on road, you will work with yard crew assisting with daily activities (racking, stacking, counting & working material).\nOperating forklift for material movement with yard.\nDo not compromise your career or owner's career due to Ethics.
