Job Description:

Job responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following key areas:

Timely and accurate review of customer invoices for Class Action projectsCoordinate initial case billing setup including customizing the standard mapping of SAP roles and activities to the project requirements consistent with the estimate and contractWork closely with Project Managers to monitor changes to projects that will affect forecast models and support the development of cost impact analysisForm partnerships with Operations and Finance/Accounting associates to identify ways to improve internal reporting and databases to increase accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of invoicesWork with a variety of business systems, develop reports and conduct financial analysis of Class Action project operational data to identify trends and issues and monitor, maintain, and improve project financial forecasts and modelsHelp coordinate initiatives to maximize revenue (collaborate with Project Managers to identify billing issues/unbilled items, collaborate with Operational partners to review SAP time, and ensure roles are billing correctly to the correct projects)Consistently look for ways to improve Epiq’s processes and procedures to deliver services more profitably to our clients while enhancing efficiency with our internal partnersContinually support company Operating Revenue and EBITDA goalsDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures related to key responsibilities
