Description Growing national practice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class Action Attorney to represent clients who have experienced damages due to product defects, corporate misconduct, securities fraud, and employment practices. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional who is prepared to handle complex class action suits while maintaining the highest standards of legal ethics and professional integrity. Responsibilities: + Prepare and draft legal documents such as legal briefs, motions, complaints, and appeals. + Develop strategies and arguments for presentation of cases in court. + Represent and argue on behalf of clients in court or before government agencies. + Coordinate and lead a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other staff involved in class action lawsuits. + Work with plaintiffs to gather evidence for class action suits. + Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: + Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. + Current license to practice law in IL. + 2-5 years of experience as a Class Action Attorney. + Experience in managing large caseloads efficiently and effectively. + In-depth understanding of class action procedures and protocols. + Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills. + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
