Description:As a Classified Cyber Security Associate Manager, you will act as the Information Systems Security Manger (ISSM) and provide Management oversight to the F-35 Classified Cyber Security Team supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs to ensure classified information systems meet cyber security requirements and government directives.
Lead daily activities to include providing hands on technical assistance for complex systems/networks, cyber technology development/implementation, assessing threats/vulnerabilities, and writing and supporting customer needs (meetings, calls, emails, demonstrations, etc.).
A successful candidate will work effectively throughout the Lockheed Martin organization. Additional duties include:
Participate in planning and implementation of current and future security domains including those which may introduce new service areas (e.g. Cloud Computing, DevSecOps).
Oversee system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring of both networked and standalone classified systems.
Oversee and perform system auditing, vulnerability risk assessments, Assured File Transfers, hardware/software configuration management, data integrity containments and investigations on IA related security violations/incidents.
Proactive identification and resolution of security obstacles/issues affecting architectures and deployments.
Provide mentoring and/or guidance to less senior technical professionals
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently possess and maintain a minimum of a DoD Intermediate ISSM 8140 compliant certification.
- At least 3 years working experience as ISSO/ISSM.
- Ability to lead a team of technical professionals
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, demanding environment.
- Ability to author, and review System Security Plans (SSP) for correctness, and maintain Authorizations to Operate (ATO).
- Ability to perform technical certifications for Operating Systems (e.g., Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, RHEL, etc.) being presented to the Government for authorization.
- Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security.
Desired Skills:
- Current certifications in Security+, CISM, or CISSP.
- Working experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools such as McAfee ePO, Nessus, and Splunk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers and senior management. Ability to speak in front of large groups of peers or small group of senior leadership.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
