Dynetics, a Leidos Company, is seeking a Classified Material Control Specialist to join our diverse team of security professionals who create unique solutions for complex problems.  With offices across the United States engaging in the defense solutions, space, cyber, and commercial fields.  Leidos provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT.  

Primary Responsibilities
The Classified Material Control Specialist is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met. the successful candidate will be self-motivated and with minimal direction can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.  Specific duties include:
-Interfacing with all levels of Leidos Dynetics personnel and government management personnel to ensure contract security compliance with National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254) and Program Classification Guides.
-Self-motivated and capable of working in a high pace/dynamic environment.
-Administering day-to-day classified material management using the Security Information Management System (SIMS) data base.
-Conduct annual classified material inventories and ensuring required security measures are followed.
-Responsible for providing guidance to customers and management on security matters pertaining to classified inventory and document control.
-High standards of professionalism are essential, as well and the ability to operate under minimal supervision. 

Basic Qualifications
-High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience. 
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
-Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville- North Alabama area
-Candidate must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance and must be able to obtain and maintain a Final Top Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with the SIMS database
-Knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)

Pay Range:Pay Range $50,050.00 - $90,475.00
