· Generate Reports and Process Continuing Legal Education Documentation and assist with day-to-day data entries in support of the consulting teams
· Assists in CLE Accreditation, Reporting, Renewals, Calls/Emails, and provide support as needed
· Assists in the creation of reports or audit responses based on state CLE requirements/requests
· Keep abreast of new state CLE rules across all types of CLE programs and provide customer support to lawyers across states CLE covers.
· Ad-hoc projects, as assigned
· Individual will gradually become familiar with state CLE rules across all types of CLE programs to be able to provide telephonic support
· Continually identifies improvements for CLE processes
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder or Completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units)At least 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service (phone calls and email) Basic knowledge in MS Excel Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Good oral and written communication skillsBackground in Web based tools (LexisNexis University, etc.)Project management – automation projectAbility to manage time and tasks efficiently and can work with minimal supervisionStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsStrong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processesFor Internal Candidates

Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month
Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
