Clean Energy Project Coordinator

One of our largest and most reputable utilities clients in New York City is currently looking for a Clean Energy Project Coordinator to join the Clean Energy organization. The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between the client's internal Energy Efficiency Group, Energy Services group and applicants seeking service adequacy rulings for heat pump installations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to learn complex processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison Duties: Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage the process of obtaining service adequacy rulings for heat pump installations. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information, address concerns, and provide updates on project status.
Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or delays in the project process and work proactively to resolve them. Escalate complex issues to appropriate parties as needed.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on project status, progress, and any issues encountered. Provide recommendations for process improvements.
