Clean Energy Tech Lead
One of the largest utilities in the Tristate area servicing all 5 boroughs and Westchester County is currently looking for a Clean Energy Tech Lead to join their Program Design / Pilots group within the Customer Energy Solutions organization. The team is based out of the Manhattan office and the Tech Lead will ideally be onsite several times per week working a hybrid schedule.

The Program Design / Pilots team works on helping implement new processes, programs and technologies into the market. Most of these implementations are past the R&D phase and are at the point where they are ready to be adopted into mainstream programs. The programs that this group focuses on are centered around clean energy and incentivizing customers to transition to become more energy efficient. The role of the Clean Energy Tech Lead will be to focus primarily on the implementation of new technologies and systems, working on the adaption of windows, insulation measures, airtightness and building controls. The Tech Lead will work heavily with the RTEM system (Real Time Energy Management) in order to make sure that customers are optimizing their value of the programs.

We are looking for a candidate who has a background working on clean energy programs and helping oversee the implementation of these programs from a Project Manager / Program Manager standpoint. This person will be working very closely with the third-party technology partners and other various external stakeholders as well as internal teams so excellent interpersonal skills is a requirement. The Tech Lead will be managing / overseeing multiple different clean energy programs at once and must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
