The position

As our cLEAN® Partner, you will promote a culture of continuous improvement, and coach leaders and employees in cLEAN® Leadership behaviors. You will drive cLEAN® Supply System (cSS) and Leadership on the Job Training (cLL) development, lead best practice sharing through the cLEAN® Network, and foster collaboration to achieve performance targets and organizational improvements.

 

Other responsibilities will include:

Foster a culture of cLEAN® Leadership by coaching leaders, facilitating problem-solving, and showcasing successful projects to inspire engagement. Lead the development of cLEAN® Supply System (cSS) and Leadership on the Job Training (cLL), collaborating with leaders to set and achieve targets. Support AM QA BA & KA Mgmt to implement and anchor best practices while promoting the cLEAN® culture across stakeholders. Build trust across all organizational levels, drive change management, and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve compliance and performance goals. Align with the cLEAN® Academy to implement effective training plans, ensuring capacity, robust processes, and internal trainer development.

This position will be based at our site in Kalundborg, Denmark.

 

Qualifications

On a personal level, you are a passionate Lean advocate with strong analytical, communication, and change management skills. You excel at building trust, defining problems, delivering innovative solutions, and working both independently and collaboratively to drive impactful results.

 

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:

Academic degree with relevant subject matter (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management, or project management). A minimum of 2 years of experience in continuous improvement Project and change management experience, including cross-organisational project work. Proven track record in driving process improvements and executing cLEAN® transformations, supported by certifications such as Black Belt, DMAIC, or 2-star. Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and employees at all organizational levels while effectively teaching cLEAN® principles, systems, tools, and Leadership Behaviors.Practical experience in analysing data and trends. Knowledge about and experience in manufacturing processes. Have professional level English-language written and oral communication skills

 

About the department

You will join our dynamic and collaborative team at AM QA Kalundborg and Bagsværd. Our department is dedicated to ensure quality of products and compliance at two different Aseptic Manufacture Sites. We work closely with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure effective training plans. The atmosphere is fast-paced and supportive, fostering creativity and innovation to achieve our goals.
