The Position

As a cLEAN Partner, your primary role will be to support our Fermentation & Recovery department in the journey towards obtaining a mature LEAN culture and leadership. Your main responsibilities will be to:

Act as an ambassador for the LEAN agenda and support the continuous strengthening of the cLEAN culture at all levels within the department Coach leaders and employees on LEAN behaviour through use of our global good practice standards and maturity models – we believe ideal results are created through ideal behaviours Support the implementation of robust LEAN systems, including Leader Standard Work, Process Confirmation, VSM, Visual Management, Structured Problem Solving, KATA, and Hoshin Kanri. Lead and support improvement work and problem-solving initiatives. Support the department's implementation of strategic initiatives through HK Teach cLEAN principles through our Academy and local training events

You will spend a significant amount of your time on the shopfloor, working closely with leaders and employees through coaching and sparring.  You will have the opportunity to quickly gain an understanding of the department's core processes, people, challenges, and priorities.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

An academic degree in a relevant field (engineering, psychology, chemistry, production, or economics) Relevant LEAN experience from a comparable positions or certification (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN, Change Management) A solid foundation and at some years of experience with the practical application of LEAN systems and tools, preferably in a production environment Strong experience in coaching leaders and developing LEAN leadership behaviour and culture Significant experience in change management and helping organisations/teams cultivate a clear LEAN ambition with strong ownership and engagement Fully proficiency in Danish and English

About the department

In everything we do in Fermentation and Recovery, we believe in continuously developing people and processes in a safe and learning-oriented environment, thus creating the best place to work.

The department consists of approx. 170 employees divided into 9 teams (6 operation- and 3 support teams). Over the coming years we will optimize our production to keep up with the demand.
