Job Description
As a full-time production associate, you will be responsible for tasks including testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. This role offers 1st shift hours from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Thursday.
ResponsibilitiesPerform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.Stand for the majority of your 10-hour shift, though occasional sitting is allowed.Lift no more than 10-15 lbs. as part of assembly tasks.Meet metrics for the number of pieces assembled.Work with basic computer skills and hand tools.Ensure quality control throughout the assembly process.Maintain good attendance and follow safety protocols.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly line work, general production, and hand tools.Basic computer skills are a must.Experience with testing equipment, soldering, and general labor.Ability to perform inspections and operate machinery.Good attendance record.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to manage paperwork and onboarding emails independently.Experience with tasks like changing a tire is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Candidates will work in a nearly brand-new state-of-the-art facility that is clean, bright, and temperature-controlled (68 degrees with 30% humidity). The environment is safety-focused and provides a comfortable workplace.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
