Help provide safe clean working environment for employees and to help maintain finishing equipment. **Core Responsibilities:** Punctuality & daily attendance. General cleanup of production and surrounding areas. These include trash removal, paint rack organization, dock organization, and outside storage area organization. Burn off paint racking, organize racking for production. Organize, sort, load, and unload returnable emballage. Ensure all recycling bins are clean and operational. Performs other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management to support Volvo Penta goals and objectives. **Skills and Knowledge Required:** Requires ability to read and write and follow instructions both written and spoken. Must be able to bend and pick up 60 pounds on a repetitive basis. A full range of vision, hand/foot coordination is required. Requires on the job training and additional training as required. Forklift operation. **Education and Experience:** High school diploma preferred but not required **Equipment used and working environment:** Operate fork truck, spray equipment, pumps and hand tools. Respirator, coveralls, gloves and boots. Must be able to work inside enclosed area exposed to paint and solvent fumes. Must be able to withstand high heat and humid conditions. Must be able to lift moderate to heavy loads.
