+ Location: Bedford, NS, Canada + Wage Type: Salary  + Job Type: Full-Time + Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Availability Required Job Overview: The Cleaner is responsible for completing cleaning tasks to maintain the assigned apartment buildings’ curb appeal and provide excellent customer service to tenants. Key Responsibilities: + Regularly clean and maintain building common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass and chrome, stain treating carpets and spraying air freshener. + Assist in unit cleaning after tenant move-out to ensure the unit is rent ready by cleaning floors, bathrooms, surfaces, and windows and ensuring the unit is rent ready. + Clean all halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrances, elevators, laundry room and office area. + Complete outdoor seasonal cleaning such as raking grounds, snow shoveling and salting walkways as needed. + Empty garbage containers and clean around the garbage dumpsters as required. Qualifications: + High School diploma or relevant two (2) years’ experience in cleaning is required. + Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products and tools is required. + Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.
