Job Functions · Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting) · Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies) · Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas) · Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room) · Clean all mirrors, bright work and enameled surfaces · Wash and disinfect all basins, urinals and bowls, using appropriate cleaner to remove stains and clean undersides of rim of urinals and bowls. · Damp wipe, wash with disinfectant when necessary, all partitions, title walls and outside surfaces of all dispensers and receptacles. · Fill toilet tissue, soap, paper towel and sanitary napkin dispensers · Clean flush-o-meters, piping, toilet seat hinges and other metal work · Vacuum louvers, ventilating grilles and dust light fixtures as required · Stock restrooms · Straighten areas, such as lobbies, conference rooms, locker rooms, & break rooms *Job duties may be modified at any time Minimum Qualifications · Custodial experience is preferred but not required · Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required · Must be able to clean 650 square feet per hour or faster maintaining quality standards set by Supervisor. · Must have ability to work with other crew members and be able to take direction from Supervisor · Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties REQNUMBER: 110097 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
