In your new role as a Night Shift Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the cleaning processes, prioritising the order of work which needs to be carried out and learning to use all the equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You should successfully undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You may be required to work within a team and also be able to work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to work a night shift and have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is preferable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
