Job Description:

Office

Observe precautions required to protect program office and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.Keep office premises and office compound clean.Empty trash and garbage containers.

Bathroom

Keep the toilet clean and maintain a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. towels, tissue, soap, etc.)

Kitchen

Make sure the kitchen is always tidy and clean. Wash all dishes, pots, pans and ensure the bench tops are clean.Mop the kitchen floor two times a day using disinfectant.Clean refrigerator once a week.Clean kitchen cupboards once a week.Prepare and serve coffee and tea to staff and visitors.Procure kitchen supplies as required.

Security

Act as security guard to ensure safety and security to Oecusse AP office and assetsCheck visitors in and out when it requiresMonitor AP office and asset (vehicles, IT equipment, etc.)Report to Adm officer and Area Manager any incident happens inside office compound

General Responsibilities

Assist to Humanitarian Emergency Disaster managementParticipate in World Vision spiritual nurture activities, particularly chapels and devotions.Perform other related duties as required such as helping finance and admin assistant to ensure ministry supplies and office supplies in the warehouse are stored properly.Support security coordinator in conducting security assessment prior to donor, SO, RO and GO visit, if required
