Job Information

This is a working Supervisor role to provide a high-quality cleaning service throughout Cornwall schools whilst supervising up to 25 cleaners

Main Duties 

To supervise and lead a team up of to 25 cleaners across 5-6 primary and junior schools in a designated geographical area. To complete accurate daily records of operational hours in accordance with the schedule and ensure all posts are covered during times of illness or holidays. To ensure sufficient cleaning stocks are maintained on site and place timely orders so they do not run out. To comply with the Company's Health and Safety strategy, policy and procedure and to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff pupils and visitors. Must be flexible in working hours and able to change shifts when required for covering other Area Cleaning Supervisors and/or cleaning staff.

To participate in any training required to undertake the duties of the post
