Cleaning & Housekeeping Coordinator

We currently have an opportunity for a Cleaning & Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with the Client Service Manager and Contract Manager, you will ensure that all cleaning activities are delivered to a high standard across the contract and meet or exceed the requirements.

What you’ll bring

Ability to obtain a Defence security clearance (must be Australian citizen)Experience as a Cleaning & Housekeeping Coordinator, or in a similar role.Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite.Proven experience in rostering and supervision of cleaning services.Knowledge and understanding of work planning and scheduling practices and procedures.Experience in the management of subcontractors and delivery of cleaning contracts.

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

Provide leadership and support to staff delivery cleaning services at one of our client sites. We currently deliver cleaning at a range of facilities such as hospitals, public service buildings, commercial premises, public facilities, manufacturing plants, and Defence sites.Plan, organise, and prioritise work in order to meet strict deadlines, contract KPIs and ensure that stakeholders and client users are satisfied with a high standard of service.Complete regular cleaning audit of sites.Maintain and update paperwork.Generate reports on service delivery and other KPIs.
