We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Cleaning & Housekeeping Leading Hand. In this role, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and appearance at the Albatross and Croswell military bases in Southern New South Wales.

About the Role:

This position involves a range of specialized and general cleaning tasks, from sweeping and mopping to dusting and toilet cleaning. You’ll work closely with the Cleaning and Housekeeping Supervisor to meet all contract requirements and performance indicators, supporting the Department of Defence.

About You:

Previous cleaning experience or relevant industry qualifications preferred, but not required Willingness to work in a Defence environment and to obtain security clearance (Australian citizenship required) Ability to perform physical tasks, with attention to detail and strong work ethic Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to safety practices
