The Opportunity

Working closely with our Mine Site Cleaning or Housekeeping teams, you will be responsible for leading the onsite team, and using your cleaning experience to provide hands-on support where necessary.

The Details

Full time permanent positions, flying in and out of Perth 8:6 or 2/1 roster (depending on department and village requirements) Salary ranging between $87,000 – $96,000 (depending on role/roster/site) + 11.5% superannuation (paid on all hours worked) Fortnightly pay with equalized hours – no more big/small pay cycles! Plenty of opportunities for career progression Ability to upskill and develop Access to onsite facilities (including wifi, amazing food, clean rooms, well-equipped gyms, and some including pool!)

The Ideal Candidate

As an experienced Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling workloads of a large team with a focus on meeting all audit and service requirements.

You will also have:

Extensive background in Housekeeping, Mine Site Cleaning, or Industrial Cleaning Strong administrative skills, with some experience in forecasting, rostering, and supervising Experience in high volume and fast paced work environments Understanding of audits, inspections, and safety investigations to industry standards Ability to train new staff Unrestricted WA Manual C-Class Drivers License (ESSENTIAL)
