A bit about the role: 

We are looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to manage the contracts in accordance with Spotless policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is provided to the client.  You will be responsible for providing solid leadership & training to staff teams, building growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the contracts.

This is full time permanent position, and you must be able to work after normal business hours and weekends if required.

Lead a team of cleaners on site in accordance with Spotless policies and procedures across Auckland.Ensuring cleaning and associated duties are performed to a consistent and high-quality standard.Client complaints are followed up immediately and resolved to clients' satisfaction.Assist with staff training ensuring all are competent to complete their duties.Ensure the site has correct materials and equipment to undertake relevant tasks.Responsible for operational, employee and client relationship management with assistance of the CDM.Demonstrate a passion for quality cleaning work and customer service.
