Cleanout Specialist
Job Description: The Cleanout Specialist position is responsible for providing world class customer service to clients while working closely with Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates directly under the direction of the Operations Manager. The position may have direct interactions with clients and members of the public at-large. This position is a per diem role and hours depend on business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:Greets clients with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issuesAssist with Team Members in cleanout of homes through dumpster disposal, donations, family distribution, estate sale or relocation.Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shiftsCommunicates in a positive manner with clients, peers and ManagersProvides exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack/unpack and dispose of client household itemsOther duties may be assigned as neededQualifications & Skills:High School diploma or equivalentOutstanding customer service skillsProfessional attitude and demeanorExperience in the fields of general labor or warehouse helpfulGood hand-eye coordinationComfortable working in a fast paced environmentAbility to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environmentValid driver’s license and good driving recordPhysical/Environmental Requirements:Frequent walking and/or standingStamina to lift heavy items (50 pounds) repeatedly
